Who Are We?

At The Home Hub Supported Living we provide residential, domiciliary and personal care, our aim is to deliver first class quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and communication difficulties. Our multi-disciplinary teamwork within the community and pride themselves on respecting the needs, rights, choices of all individuals and encouraging independence.


We start from the principle that people with learning disabilities have the same fundamental rights as anyone else in society, which includes the right to develop and make informed choices about their lives.

We actively promote equality and diversity within our company, both in our staff and the care and support we give others.

Supported Living Hub believe passionately in providing specialist community care to adults with a learning disability.

We specialise in caring for people with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and communication difficulties.

At Supported Living Hub our foundations are built on the individual needs and aspirations of each person.

Our independent living skills packages are designed to help each person within our care to reach their full potential.

Quality Care & Support

Supported Living Hub was created to provide good quality care, assistance and support for those with learning disabilities and behavioural difficulties.

Lead by Eden Wright (CEO), the Supported Living Hub team has extensive knowledge of the care and support required by individuals with learning disabilities to live an independent life and also the management skills required to ensure that the company is run and managed in a professional and ethical manner.

About Our Group

Priory 16+ Adult Care is part of the (formerly Craegmoor and Amore Care) Priory Group and is uniquely placed to benefit from the breadth and depth of the Priory Group’s reputable services and expertise. From education to hospitals, care homes, and secure facilities, the Group provides specialist behavioral care services to improve people’s health and wellbeing.

Our integrated strength is that we can provide a seamless transition for the individual as they progress between higher and lower dependency services. This unique approach ensures that every person has the opportunity to achieve the best possible outcomes and quality of life with the Priory Group.

Working Along-Side Us
