Personal growth is about evolving and is a continuous process of growing our residents to realistically achieve their greatest ability and this can be vital to their mental health.
We pride ourselves on teaching our residents how to cook, clean and manage their own time and money. We facilitate short courses in literacy, numeracy, budgeting, employability and more

We provide a range of person-centred support programmes in nurturing environments for aged 16 and over. These include:

- Prader-Willi Syndrome support
Counselling & Mentoring
We provide access to inhouse counsellors and mentoring for when life gets difficult. All our staff are fully trained to manage the day-to-day needs of our residence but for when they need that added support we ensure they have full access to other adhoc services. Our staff are also fully trained in Suicide First-aid. Mentors are assigned to each residence in addition to a keyworker.
